Gina Tarajano

Gina Tarajano is a Christian recording artist and songwriter from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The minute you meet Gina, you know there is a God sent message she was born to give, and that is exactly what she expresses through her music. Gina Tarajano had been pursuing her childhood dream of singing, for many years, and she started recording pop productions in both Los Angeles and Nashville. However, God had a wonderful plan to use her talents and singing career to glorify his name, and that is when she received a calling to sing for the Lord and changed her genre to Christian. After this decision, God opened every door!

In the summer of 2004, Gina was invited to study in Italy under Maestro Delpho Menicucci, vocal coach for Andrea Bocelli. The vocal instruction in Italy prepared Gina to climb the next step in her ministry. Early in 2006, Gina’s career took a new twist. In a meeting with Alejandro Jaen, renowned music executive, and famous Latin producer of many award winning hit songs, he decided to produce Gina’s first work as a Christian artist and that is when “You’re Never Alone” was born.

Gina Tarajano presents her album worldwide through Big Dream Christian Music label.   Her album is entitled “You’re Never Alone”, which consists of 11 songs in English and 2 Spanish ballads. “Despite my feelings of loneliness throughout much of my childhood, I now know that during those times I was never alone” Gina quotes. “My God was with me the entire time. He has guided each song on this album to me and I am honored to release it and give Him all the Glory!”

MY STORY
I was abandoned by my Mother as an infant under the clothesline of my paternal grandparent’s home.  This feeling of  abandonment has been something that I have struggled with most of my life. But God’s word tells me that He will never abandon nor forsake me. My album is titled “You’re Never Alone” because during my lonely years growing up, I realize that I was never alone.  God was with me, protecting and guiding my steps all along.  There is a special place in my heart for people who are lonely in the world so this is one of the main focuses of my ministry.

Once I gave not only my heart to Jesus, but also my life to sing music that glorifies Him, I started to feel a healing in my soul and courage to speak about the difficulties of my childhood.  It is my desire that my story combined with my music will soften hearts for Jesus.  Once I made the commitment to go where He would send me, doors began to open that were closed before.  God sent to me a producer, songs with a powerful and encouraging message and the record label to get it out into the world.  I see my ministry as an arrow that points to our only healer – Jesus Christ.
